Direct report line to: Market Head of M2O Excellence and on the country level to the Country Manager
Aim of the job
The aim of the role is to act as the conduit between M2O/E2E and local businessand accept accountability for project planning, milestone completion, effective communication and change management within assigned geography.
Core focus in 2013 is on CRM/Lean with gradual development into a dual role M2O/ E2E.
Key Areas of Responsibility
The Transition Consultant role is a role based in a district Egypt , responsible for a specific geography (Maghreb/Egypt/Sudan, cross-sector and key activities can be described as following:
Project management for CRM deployment
Own the CRM deployment plan for your geography, prepare and attend milestone meetings and provide timely updates for reviews/ status reports
Coordinate and execute all actions and activities per project plan (Rapid Delivery Toolkit)
Assist in identifying managing resolutions for issues and risk at local level and own issue solving to completion with local team
Facilitate interaction between M2O, Sectors and action owners
Be the to-go-person for CRM relevant questions and issues across-sectors in your geography
Align the local training plan with the market training plan and organize logistics for trainings (train-the-trainer/ end users)
Own follow-up trainings (people joining Philips, refresher training)
Manage communication between all resources locally and towards market level
Work close together with M2O Excellence Leader, Sectors (Businesses) and Functions
Be part of the M2O project team and participate in routine project meetings
Support the Data Steward where required
Gather lessons learnt and leading practices regarding M2O and share internally
Energize your local network and be the change champion for M2O in your geography
Support LEAN
Support deep deployment of LEAN together with the leader of LEAN of the market by applying project management skills
Be the change agent for LEAN in your geography
Represent LEAN in your geography across sectors
Be part of the LEAN network
E2E
Support deep deployment of E2E, own the project management for your geography and apply standard E2E approach
Provide direct support for the transformation work stream in order to develop best practice processes for the business in line with overall Philips process architecture
Perform analyses and create transparency on performance improvements possible
Maintain, develop and safeguard Philips E2E approach, methodology and tools
Be the change agent for E2E in your geography
Represent E2E in your geography across sectors
Be part of the E2E network
Overall Change Management
Understand, embrace and drive change
Understand how new processes work, use it correctly and support other users
Provide feedback about returning topics
Implement corrective actions in alignment with Market M2O/ E2E program team
Authorities
Authority to make decisions within given framework, execute M2O/ E2E plans and engage with all key stakeholders on a pro-active basis

Flawless logistic execution for project meetings and trainings

Desired Skills & Experience
Education & Experience
University degree
Strong analytical skills
Understanding of general business processes and basic skills in facets of Business Excellence (Lean, business performance management, improvement methodology, change management etc)
Robust project management experience (management of individual projects/ work stream as part of a bigger project)
Strong commercial and/ or consulting background
Experience with working in a cross-functional team within an international matrix organization
Good interpersonal skills (can energize a crowd) and effective communication skills to engage different stakeholder groups
Responsive to returning questions and topics
Egypt position: Fluent in English and Arabic, verbal and written. French language skills are a plus
