A fast growing Consultancy Company is looking to hire Immediately Recruitment Generalist
Responsible for :
•Maintain an updated database of CVs of potential candidates for employment.
• Responsible for effective and fast recruitment processes.
• Provide clients with suitable candidates to occupy the available vacant positions.
• Receiving requests directly from the clients .
• Screen and monitor resumes gained through different channels (database-internet posting-E-recruitment websites.)
• Conduct phone/face to face interviews for juniors, seniors and managerial level candidates
• Prepare and implement interviews schedule regarding to the clients given time/place.
• Coordinate between clients and candidates through the hiring procedures
• Increase sources to search for qualified candidates .
• Experience:2-3 Years.
