job Description for Receptionist Jobs in Egypt - Answering phone calls and routing calls to specific people - Answering inquiries about company - Greeting visitors warmly and making sure they are comfortable - Calling employees for visitors waiting for and making them sit in the reception area - Scheduling meetings and conference rooms - Ensuring reception area is tidy - Coordinating mail flow in and out of office - Coordinating with the HR Team any activities, outings or parties - Handing out employee applications - Arranging appointments. Performing basic bookkeeping, filing, and clerical duties - Taking and relaying messages - Working closely with the HR Team in some assigned tasks - Handling the time keeper part that will be responsible for the attendance, permissions and employees days off - Taking the fingerprint for the new hired employees
Qualifications - Bachelor degree in any discipline - 0-3 years of experience - Excellent command of both spoken and written Arabic and English - German is a plus - Ability to deal with different people - Strong communication skills - Multi- tasking and very accurate - Excellent user of Microsoft Office
