Job Description for Accountant Jobs in Egypt in EATC Prepare monthly financial statements, reports and records by collecting, analyzing and summarizing account information. Maintain bank accounts by requesting disbursements. Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules according to monthly close schedule. Analyze revenues, commissions and expenses to ensure they are Assist with analyzing financial statements on a monthly basis and report on variances Assist with preparing tax returns and corporate reporting requirements expense in the accounting system; Maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable systems and processes. Ensure timely and accurate payment of suppliers and employees according to approved authorities and contract provisions. Ensure policies and procedures are in place for the processing of day-to-day invoices for payment ensuring accuracy, Plans, organizes, assigns, reviews, and evaluates the work of assigned professional and technical support staff. Responsible for closing books by the end of the year upon completion of annual audit. Maintain the various ledger accounts including reconciliation of the general ledger, revenue accounts, expenditures, and cash balances. Reviews accounting documents to ensure accuracy of information and calculations and makes or directs correcting entries. Assist in the closing of the Annual Accounts, supporting business units where necessary.
Qualifications B sc. Accounting , To perform this job successfully the following computer proficiency are required: Internet Explorer; Microsoft Access; Microsoft Excel; Microsoft Outlook; Microsoft PowerPoint; Microsoft Publisher; Microsoft Visio; Microsoft Word.
