Executive Secretary
* General Qualification:-
• At least 1 year experience in same position is a MUST
• highly presentable.
• Very Good Communication Skills
• Age between 23 & 26
* Some of duties:-
- Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.
- Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties or take messages.
- Attend meetings to record minutes.
- Greet visitors and determine whether they should be given access to specific individuals.
- File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
- Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email.
- Make travel arrangements for executives.
* Knowledge:-
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
- Very Good Command of English Language
- Customer and Personal Service
- Computers and Electronics
- Administration and Management
* Skills:-
- Active Listening - Service Orientation - Time Management - Social Perceptiveness - Monitoring - Active Learning .
* Salary:-
1600 – 2000 + Medical and Social insurance + Mobil allowance + weekend two days.
