Description     The Local Administration Reform Unit seeks a qualified candidate (Egyptian National) for a full time post as an Administrative Officer (ADO). The incumbent will report to the LARU Director. The ADO is expected to manage and oversee all administrative matters and office affairs that support the unit. The incumbent is expected to provide the support required for all LARU staff and will be expected to work closely with the LARU Administrative Assistant (ADA) and support staff. The scope of work of the ADO will entail, Human Resources Management, Administration and Office Management, Logistical support and Safety and Security of employees.
Qualifications    •Academic qualifications at the Undergraduate level in Business Administration or other related fields (higher degree applicants are given preference); •Candidates with a Diploma in HR Management and Office Management or equivalent qualification will be given preference; •A minimum of 7 – 10 years (after the 1st graduate degree) of relevant practical work experience in areas of administrative services, program coordination and managing office resources and HR; •A background in HSE is advantageous; •High level of commitment and initiative and ability to work under stress without direct supervision; •Proficient use of computer operating systems and MS office software package; •Excellent command of English and Arabic Languages (written and spoken), in addition, candidates with knowledge of a third language will be given preference.
