Description To be a highly competent, motivated and team-oriented individual who will initially specialize in data compilation and categorization and the establishment and maintenance of regional indices. 1. Monitor, analyze and follow-up domestic and regional stock markets and corporate events and the entry of data into spread sheets daily. 2. Compile, source, manipulate and interpret data on a regular basis for clients and for the Research department. 3. Construct and/or update domestic and regional indices.
Qualifications 1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting/business. 2. 0-2 years experience in a field related to data analysis or research. 3. Deep interest in data analysis and finance. 4. Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point) 5. Strong communication skills. 6. Analytical and flexible mind with the ability to quickly grasp the key points from large quantities of information. 7. Strong attention to detail and proficiency in the use of numbers. 8. Strong IT skills. 9. Ability to work in a team. 10. Ability to meet changing deadlines. 11. Manage pressure and conflicting demands and prioritize tasks and workload. 12. Efficient.
