Description Develop and executes the Sourcing/Negotiation Plans for assigned category and supply chain area, both short and long term that would address the Total Cost of Ownership in obtaining the best value for the company —Responsible for conducting the needed Market Analysis related to suppliers —Responsible for conducting the needed assessments to evaluate the Supply Risk of the required items —Responsible for backing up & securing meeting the needs of commercial requirements and general services —Negotiate, make agreements and Manage the suppliers (local or foreign) to ensure timely supply with best possible prices and quality introduction of new multi-packs as a promotional item —Responsible for providing the needed quotations to allow the purchase requesters to issue their Purchase requisitions with all needed detailed specifications —Responsible for conducting the Supplier Evaluation for those selected vendors jointly with the functional owner
Qualifications •University Bachelor degree is a must, preferably Engineering, Science or Commerce Relevant experience in purchasing, marketing agency , material management or printing house is a plus •Acquainted with ERP SAP •Holding, Purchasing or Marketing certificates would be an asset
