Description — Participates equitably in the development and implementation of the department goals and objectives as defined by Misr El Kheir Board of Directors. — For any new funds, provide input into developing the end to end process for the new fund. Assist with developing advertising and promotional material for the funding rounds. — For contestable processes assist with the development of RFPs, application forms, and supporting documentation such as guideline documents for external users. — Complete initial eligibility and evidence checks on applications. — Liaise with external experts or other agencies as required for assessment of funding applications. — Manage the negotiation and establishment of funding agreements with successful applicants. — Manage payments to all providers/clients and ensure contractual obligations are met before processing payments. — Prepare contracts and contract variations. — Key documentation is accurate and filed to ensure key information regarding projects can be easily retrieved. — Assisting to run forecasting reports. — Establish/use effective quality systems, assurance processes, and performance standards. — Participate in completing initial eligibility and evidence checks on applications and investigate eligibility ranking criteria. — Identify and mitigate potential risks. — Performs all other job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications • Full-time availability, with military service status fully finalized for men. • A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from an accredited university. Master’s Degree in Management of Technology is desirable. • 3 to 5 years’ experience. • Should have excellent communication and writing skills in the English and Arabic languages. • Innovative, positive approach, self-motivated. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Team player, dynamic, and passionate about work and people.

Compensations Market-competitive salaries. The candidates will be hired at Misr El-Kheir , with medical coverage. The contract is renewed on a yearly basis based on performance evaluation.
