Description — Participates equitably in the development and implementation of the department goals and objectives as defined by Misr El-Kheir Board of Directors. — Responsible for managing all aspects of the innovation commercialization process from technology disclosure to commercial licensing. — Working with supported Misr El-Kheir innovators to achieve understanding of the technology transfer process. — Evaluating new technologies for patentability and commercial potential. — Acting as liaison with Tech Transfer offices in universities and research institutes to discover potential innovations for incubation. — Coordinate with external patent service providers in the preparation and filing of patent applications. — Marketing of supported Misr El-Kheir inventions to potential licensees and support the negotiating license agreements. — Managing the administration of executed license agreements and issued patents. — Performs all ther job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications • Should have excellent communication and writing skills in the English and Arabic languages.

Experience 3 - 5 Years.
Compensations Market-competitive salaries. The candidates will be hired at Misr El-Kheir , with medical coverage. The contract is renewed on a yearly basis based on performance evaluation.
