Description 1.Provide assistance & support to the CEO,organizes & schedules focus groups and meetings as needed. 2.Handle travel arrangements of the Senior Executive. 3.Filter incoming mails and summarize them 4.Coordinate tasks and appointments. 5.Handle correspondence with international agencies 6.Maintains office calendar to coordinate work flow and meeting, plans, services. 7.Schedules and maintains communication. 8.Directs phone inquiries to the appropriate staff member. 9.Prepares and sends outgoing faxes, mail and packages. 10.Forwards incoming general e-mails to the appropriate staff member. 11.Files and retrieves organizational documents, record and reports.
Qualifications 1-Bachelor’s degree. 2-3:5 years of experience. 3-Very good command of written and spoken English Language. 4-Excellent Communication skills. 5-Strong interpersonal and presentation skills. 6-Proficient PC skills(Word, Excel,PowerPoint).

Experience 3 - 5 Years.
