Job Description:
1- Receive Return items and verify the return reason
2- Check GM item and verify the technical problem
3- Run trouble shooting calls over various types of products (Electronics – Mobile Phones and Laptops – Home and Kitc hen appliances - …..)
Job Qualifications:
1- Hard Worker and doesn’t mind long working hours
2- 1-2 years of experience in technical position (repair center – Technical Support – service centers)
3-Customer oriented
