Description — Develop the annual business plan for the markets in close collaboration with the various functions in the HQ — Drive the sales developments in the markets — Work closely with the distributors or the local Lazurde sales force to develop the brand in the market — Launch the brand in new markets through distributors or our own organization — Drive new initiatives for more effective selling and for delivering the budget. Launch new promotions. — Communicate regularly with the management in HQ and ensure that issues and opportunities are properly addressed — Collaborate closely and effectively with other functions in Riyadh HQ to develop the business — Analyze competitive moves and issues monthly reports to management with recommendations — Specific markets which the person will initially manage: Kuwait, Qatar, Yemen, Oman, Algeria, Central Asia
Qualifications • Experience with similar role in developing revenues through collaboration with distributors and own sales force • Proven capability to follow-through and make sure that initiatives/projects are perfectly executed • Capability to analyze complex figures/data and present a clear picture/summary to management • Ability to adapt and change a structure/business based on the evolving market conditions • Strong oral and written communication skills • Capabilities to analyze markets trends, customers demand to define priorities and strategic changes for the Company • Customer oriented to effectively support our distributors and sales organization • Hands on & execution oriented. Doer vs. Talker • Team player and great collaborator • Strong influencer with high EQ who knows how to influence and bring change to life • Arabic speaker • Jewelry experience is not necessary • FMCG experience/background is good • Experience of 8 to 10 years
