Job Description:
1) Create and develop content descriptions for fashion products
2) Ensure consistent style and tone throughout all product descriptions
3) Ensure the youthful and fresh voice of Jumia is carried throughout
4) Ensure information about products is correctly and meticulously entered into PET
5) Ensuring other requirements as needed by marketing i.e. PR writing, blog writing etc. are met by delivering customer satisfaction
Needed Qualifications
1- Recent university graduate Preferred Majors are English, journalism, PR, Alsson
2- English: Fluent
3) 1-3 years’ experience in creating content and production for high traffic websites IS ideal, alternatively 1-3 years editorial experience (preferred, not a must)
4) Fashion sense and knowledge of fashion terminology is a plus
5) SEO knowledge beneficial
6) Translation skills English/ Arabic
7) Technical acumen

9) Excellent written Language skills
10) Ability to think out of the box
11) Competent in data capturing
12) Problem solving skills
13) Interpersonal relations
14) Ability to work under pressure
15) Ability to maintain accuracy despite repetitive nature of work
