Description Provide IT support for local & remote branches. — Perform installation, configuration & trouble shooting of hardware, software & LAN infrastructure. — Act as the first line support for security applications including VPN & Antivirus. — Troubleshoot the network services (printing, email service & Internet access, file sharing) — All admin. Work related to the IT Department. — Ensure timely resolution of all first level problems with minimum supervision. — Backup & restoring users files and devices configuration. — Ensure accurate allocation of information technology assets. — Apply IT polices & regulation.
Qualifications BSC. In Computer Science/ Computer Engineering. Working knowledge of MSO Applications & MSO operating systems.
