We are looking for a technician with experience.
Age : not older than 28 years old.
Experience in FMCG or Pharmaceutical industries.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
• Prepare the ingredients/packaging materials issue note.
• Receive and check the ingredients/packaging materials received from W/H.
• Execute production work orders as per the relevant SOP and the PI Sheet; Record the actual data in the PI sheet and Work Order Execution Steps Sheet ( in case of liquid filing).
• Perform GMP’s, Cleaning and house-keeping activities regularly at place of work
• Receive Bulk ingredients ( For some identified personnel).
• Operate the Reverse Osmosis Unit ( for some identified personnel ).
• Comply with all company policies and regulations and International Standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 17025, ISO 18001, FSSC 22000, Coca-Cola Quality System E3 and WPR Policy.
• Perform all the online quality checks after the quality Empowerment
Related Job Requirements/ Qualifications:
• Technical production ability
• Problem solving
• SOP and Flowcharts Reading and execution
• Basic mathematical calculations
• Basic understanding of some maintenance work
• Ability to stand up for several hours
• Ability to concentrate on the machines performance all the time
