Qualifications:Bachelor of Science Department of Chemistry or Bachelor of Chemical Engineering
Requires experience in the field of Inks Manufacturing is A MUST
Languages: Excellent Command of English
1- perform all tests and Tests on the products before allowing get out to customers , and work on reliability rate the quality of products , availability of customer requirements in the products so as to ensure customer satisfaction with the products.
2-follow-up processes of quality control on production and work to reduce the rumbling and returns for technical reasons , in addition to the development of tests done on the products and raw materials .
3-Performs all tests on raw materials in order to make sure to match the raw materials for the specific standard specifications for product quality.
4- Performs all of the tests on intermediate products in order to make sure not to prejudice added during the stages of production quality of the final product .
5-Performs all of the tests for finished products before delivery to the client in order to ensure conformity with the technical specifications and client requests .
6-The review of the product weights yet fully mobilized in order to ensure its conformity with the weights agreed with the client.
7-Prepare inspection and test models of the product non- conformity with the specifications in order to document the problems of product quality .
8- follow - up of the production process on a daily basis in order to monitor any changes in product formulations through the process affect the quality of the final product.
9-Responsible for providing the recordings on the outcome of the inspection of imports ( raw materials - packaging materials ) ; recordings interim results of the inspection of products; recordings of the final inspection of the products and critical control points recordings
