Description     To ensure effective and efficient delivery of schools examinations and associated educational activities in line with British Council EQS (Examinations Quality Standards), to build effective relationships with our customers and partners, and to use market knowledge to help grow and develop the business. To provide operational delivery of school and other agreed qualifications and services in Egypt in liaison with Senior Examinations Manager, Regional Examinations Manager and corporate objectives. To ensure highest standards of customer service, and in liaison with SEM & BDM to investigate customer needs and formulate innovative means of meeting customer requirements. To explore opportunities for development of school and other relevant business areas, to liaise with BDM to produce relevant competitor and market reports, and in conjunction with SEM and BDM produce development plan for school qualifications business. Provides a professional and efficient image of British Council (e.g. through training / support events).
Qualifications    Experience in an Educational/Customer service field Good general knowledge of British Education and Examinations University degree or equivalent

Other Skills    -Computer Skills – Level 2 -Communication Skills Level 2 -Excellent spoken Arabic -Basic financial skills and cash functions
