We are Currently Hiring for a Multinational Company the following Position:
- Service Center Manager ( Automotive):
Job Description:
-Promotes Customer satisfaction & retention as well as growth of existing and new business.
- Manage the departmental expenses and ensure that the net profit is met.
- Provides Technical assistance & training for service technicians associates.
-Ensure all equipment is in a proper working order and operated in accordance with safety regulations.
-Ensure that all sections in the service center are operating smoothly according to the company policy and procedures.
-Monitor Tools and parts inventories, conditions and maintenance of shops to Ensure adequate working conditions.
- Responsible for overall operations in terms of cost control, scheduling, Inventory Management & Cash handling and store supervision.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering preferably in automotive or any equivalent field.
8 years Experience in automotive field.
Excellent Command of both written and spoken English
Excellent communication skills.
Working Conditions:
• 8 Hours working /day.
• Transportation allowance is provided.
