Description 1.Handle and solve the common application problems. 2.Administrate applications 3.Route new unsolved bugs to the Development Team or the external vendor 4.Check the integrity of the daily operations 5.Use Ad Hock Queries to create new temporary reports 6.Provide on-the-job training to new department staff members 7.Liaise directly with the regional branch officers to maintain smooth daily activities 8.Increase the system users usage, knowledge and raise their overall perception of the application. This role requires excellent communication and organization skills 9.Submit daily and weekly timesheets 10.Deploy the software upgrades 11.Implement needed reports using SQL reporting service 12.Integrate and collect needed data from other systems for reporting purpose 13.Available in either early or late times to support users in different locales as needed 14.Use laptop to support users from home if needed 15.Raise the need for a hot-fix to the development teams or the external vendor as needed by the business and ensure that its deployed on the required time 16.Monitor troubleshoots and report systems instability issues to the proper teams 17.Log support issues reported by phone or email to VSTS 18.Log to AVAYA system to log support calls
Qualifications 1.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems 2.A minimum of one year experience in supporting enterprise applications 3.Experience in MS T-SQL ( MS SQL 2008 ) 4.Strong problem solving and conceptual thinking skills 5.Experience in MS SQL Reporting Services ( MS SQL 2008) is preferred 6.Experience in MS SQL OLAP Technologies (MS SQL 2008) is a plus 7.Experience in C# and net development tools is a plus 8.Previous experience in financial services or Banking sector is a plus. 9.Organized, detail oriented and also capable of multitasking.
