Description Directs workers in electrical and electronic maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment. Assists workers in diagnosing electrical malfunctions in machinery and equipment. Directs workers engaged in installing power supply wiring and conduit for newly installed machines and equipment such as robots, conveyors, and programmable controllers. Diagnoses malfunctioning apparatus such as transformers, motors, and lighting fixtures and replaces damaged or broken wires and cables. Replaces faulty electrical components of machine such as relays, switches, and motors, and positions sensing devices. Diagnoses and repairs or replaces faulty electronic components, such as printed circuit boards. Pushes buttons and presses keys on robot controller, teach pendant, and programmable controller to program automated machinery, such as robots, to operate automated machinery, to test for malfunctions, and to verify repairs. Plans layout of wiring and installs wiring, conduit, and electrical apparatus in buildings. Diagnoses and replaces faulty electrical, electronic, and pneumatic components of machines and equipment. Interprets company policies to workers and enforces safety regulations. Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules. Analyzes and resolves work problems, or assists workers in solving work problems. Confers with other supervisors to coordinate activities of individual departments.
Qualifications BSc Degree in Engineering
Gender Male
Education major Electrical Engineering
Experience 3 - 5 Years.
Other Skills Excellent Knowledge of MS Office
