Description . Ensuring that all official documentations and legal standing documents [required by Gov] are valid, and in order. 2. Handle and supervise the processing of all necessary documents & certificates as required by government and authorities including; (Ministries, Labor Office, Police, and Customs..etc) 3. Coordinates & Assists in creating and implementing a document control system that would allow no leakage of confidential information as well as proper routes towards any needed information at all time. 4. Plans, Coordinates, and Oversees a schedule for house keeping and maintenance for all necessary tools and the factory /administration building as needed, using internal staff or external ones. 5. Manage and coordinate the transportation and everything related to companys cars and the drivers in the same time. 6. Managing the real estate planning requirements for the company. 7. Responsible for licensing (Operation license) and its registrations, government relations and overseeing public relations. 8. Overseeing and renewing insurance cover for the company, equipment and premises. 9. Engaging in vetting and formulating contractual agreements with suppliers, partners and customers. 10. Liaising with external regulators and advisers, such as lawyers and auditors. 11. Managing the factory / administration building security and the industrial security issues.
Qualifications BA in BA (Business Administration) or a related subject. 1- Minimum 5 years experience as Administration Manager. 2- Experience in dealing with Government Offices is a must. Preferred Industrial Background

Experience 3 - 5 Years.
Other Skills 1- Capable of writing Administration policies and procedures. 2- Familiar with dealing with the Government Offices and Ministries. 3- Highly-motivated & goal-oriented, with excellent knowledge and experience in managing the staff. 4- Strong personality. 5- Good computer Skills. 6- Good Command in English. 7- Reliable, trustworthy, analytical, independent and a self starter.
