Description The QA/QC Engineer is responsible for the implementation of quality control procedures and plans for providing the more efficient onsite Implementation work. He develops and maintains quality standards that apply to onsite construction work, ensuring proper implementation. The QA/QC Engineer reviews and approves inspections, test plans and quality control plans from contractors. He identifies, analyzes and resolves problems and issues with quality assurance and control for onshore site construction. The QA/QC Engineer plans and coordinates QA/QC activities, making certain of quality control of the work in accordance to contract requirements. It is the responsibility of the QA/QC Engineer to supervise the activities of the quality service providers and inspectors to ensure diligent performance. The QA/QC Engineer reviews and approves the contractors quality documentation, and implements contractor audits as well.
Qualifications QA/QC Engineer has an engineering bachelor degree or an equivalent field. QA/QC Engineers have at least two years of experience in a QA/QC position related to the telecom service. A QA/QC Engineer has a record of compliance with quality work standards. In addition, QA/QC Engineers also have good communication and interpersonal skills. They have an ability to work well under pressure as well as keep up with several tasks at the same time. The experienced QA/QC Engineer has excellent skills with the leading and managing of people, in addition to having a strong commercial awareness and data entry skills.
