Description 1- Provide direct support to the Transport Manager dealing with enquiries in his absence and general administrative support to the department. 2- Where required process motor insurance claims to ensure repairs carried out to schedule and monies recovered from insurers 3-Where required support the car hire service answering enquiries and sorting out invoice queries both for hires and accidental damage. 4- Assist with the vehicle maintenance operation by scheduling work and arranging the recharging of work 5- Management of the fuel card system ensuring charges and recharges are made correctly

Experience 1 - 2 Years.
