Description Key job duties are; Maintain and update organization structure to assist management in implementing required organizational changes to achieve company mission and to be aligned with organization strategy. Work closely with line managers to conduct Job Analysis & proper well written JDs for existing and newly hired positions to ensure full awareness for all employees Prepare the yearly Manpower plan and submit it to the HR director for reviewing and approval. Prepare the yearly training plan and budget including vocational and management and soft skills programs based on the yearly performance management system outcomes. Communicate performance management project with line managers and follow up on them to ensure their proficiency and smooth work operation. Administer periodical employee survey to be able to measure the employees motivation and satisfaction in order to maintain high performance and productivity. Supervise HR events activities; recruitment events, training programs and other related events. Prepare all the necessary data and statistics relating to recruitment and training issues and submit to the HR director for review and approve.
Qualifications HR Diploma is a must requirement.
