Description Active optimizing of IT-Service processes with international focus µ Implement and foster corresponding tools µ Test and approve ITSM-Tools µ Roll-out ITSM-Tools µ Accomplish IT-Service-Controlling µ Plan personal, factual, and financial resources for the area of responsibility in accordance with the manager based on information provided by subordinated departments. Assurance of adherence to budget constraints imposed by General Management and set off appropriate measures in case of imminent or detected deviation. µ Lead and develop external employees . Decide on personal, individual measures in accordance with managers. Permanently ensure groupwide IT-Service processes, based on ITIL. Assurance of support, availability and optimizing of IT-Service supporting products. Optimal assignment of Service Desk employees (1st level support).
Qualifications - Completion of a bachelors degree from an accredited four year university preferred in computer science. - (Certification ITIL) Completed subject-related training or studies (ITIL certification) - 3 – 5 years work experience in IT -Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) is a must. - A+ (Network System) is an asset. -
