Description     Technical Support (IT help desk -IT Specialist) * Set security and privilege levels. * Microsoft Exchange Server (2007, 2010) administration and monitoring. * Help desk for Windows XP PRO, Windows 7, and office 2007. * Troubleshooting hardware and software (PCs and Servers) problems. * Administration of network printers, scanners and Faxes. * Troubleshooting Windows Server 2003, 2008. * Backup policy using windows tool. * Install and deploy antivirus and antispam * Contact suppliers to get offers of software and hardware and discuss with the Procurement Director * Responsible for all office equipment maintenance agreements and follow up.
Qualifications    Computer Science Bachelor degree or any other equivalent degree- Nasr city or Heliopolis residence will be preferred

Education major     Information Technology
Experience    1 - 2 Years.
Other Skills    Problem Solving, supporting internal users in solving trouble shooting problems, able to communicate professionally with employees and suppliers, able to work under stress and handle multi tasks.
