Description     - Participating in different HR projects. - Assisting the HR manager in executing different work-related tasks. - knowing all the salariesissues, social deductions and tax calculations. - Receiving, registering and announcing requests for recruitment (Internal & external) - Suggesting proper media for approaching the right caliber candidates - using computer databases ‘properly maintaining and up-dating companys resumes database–, networking, internet recruiting resources, cold calls, media, and employee referrals. - Scanning resumes; contacting potential applicants. - Scheduling and conducting the Screening interviews ‘1st round– to identify the qualified and the eligible candidates - Designing and conducting new hire orientation program ‘induction sessions– to enable new employees to quickly and effectively adapt to the company culture. Providing information on policies & procedures, conditions of service, salaries and promotional opportunities for the employees. - Updating the job description and ascertaining whether generic job description would apply. - Supporting management in identifying staff core competencies and establishing annual training plans - Providing internal & external training courses to the employees. Conducting internal courses if required - Establishing training providers list that accommodates companys training and development needs. Selecting and assigning instructors to conduct training -
Qualifications    Completion of a bachelors degree from an accredited four year university. HR diploma or certificate is an asset Strong experience and background in HR areas; recruitment, training and payroll. Background with strong emphasis in all aspects of training and development programs.
