Description 1- Implement human resources policies and procedures 2- Monitor manpower control activities, to ensure that all promotions, transfers, recruitment of all staff are within the approved policies & procedures. 3- Perform all data entry and proper filling system to keep a qualified candidates database and CV bank for all screened CVs received to be categorized as appropriate 4- Screen CVs to verify data of work history, education, training, job skills and salary requirements through the personal interview assessment & application data plus aptitude test. 5- Conduct phone screening in a presentable way to attract potential candidates to conduct interview 6- Conduct interviews and reference checks. 7- Analyze the data received from different resources in order to define efficiency of the resources. 8- Inform job applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, or promotion opportunities. 9- Follow up the Performance Management cycle.
Qualifications HR Diploma is a must , minimum Experience 2 years in the same field,

Experience 3 - 5 Years.
