Accountant
Reporting to the Account Receivable Supervisor the Accounts Receivable Accountant is the officer responsible for all aspects of accounts receivable function and reviewing customer invoices.
He/she ensures the proper and timely posting of revenue and accounts receivable transactions, monitors, tracks and coordinates the accounting closeout of all sales to ensure that the financial closeout has been properly accounted for in the financial system in a timely manner and in accordance with GAAP and applicable regulations.
He/ she follows up the receivables foreign and local through cash collections, bank transfers and letters of credit, follows up on the sales order cycle from issuing the invoice till total delivery of the goods to the customer and receiving the dispatch notes, receives the cash deposit slips and records the entries on SAP.
Job Requirements
Bachelor of Commerce- Accounting Department.
Minimum 1-3 years experience in the same field.
Excellent language skills in English and Arabic, fluent spoken and written
Experience in SAP is a must.
NOTE: Arabian Cement Company Head Office is located in New Cairo - Egypt and the Plant is located in Ain Sokhna – Egypt
