Report directly to the treasury manager
- Responsible for Issuing Checks, Bank Drafts, Certified Checks, and swift transfers and enter all the Related transactions on the Accounting Software.
- Delivering checks to the suppliers.
- Auditing banks commissions and interests monthly, make banks position report.
- Preparing the bank monthly Reconciliation and preparing banks trial balance.
- Issuing Form 4 and revise all related documents.
- Revising the terms and Conditions of Export L/Cs .
- Prepare all dealers receivables , enter all the Related transactions on the Accounting Software
- Make Analysis for the accounts requested from the external Auditor
- Prepare monthly cash flow forecasts -Analyzing actual vs. monthly forecast
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in Accounting
Minimum Experience: 3 Years
