Project Coordinator and Civil Technical Office Engineer & Project
Coordinator:
A) Architect Technical Office Engineer & Project Coordinator :
Tasks and responsibilities:
1. Review design drawings and develop relevant BOQ & specifications for them.
2. Study, define quantities & request quotations.
3. Negotiation with contractors and suppliers.
4. Making sure that each stage of the project is progressing on time and on budget.
5. Identifies the technical specifications of a corporate contract and ensures that contract terms conform with work requirements.
6. Prepare tender documents.
7. Evaluate received offers, technically & financially
8. Monitor construction progress & issue periodic reports.
9. Coordination between different project activities.
Qualifications required:
1- Bachelor degree in Architecture.
2-Proficiency: Ability to perform work accurately, under pressure and promptly.
3-Years of Experience: From 3-5 years.
B) Civil Technical Office Engineer & Project Coordinator:
Tasks and responsibilities:
1. Scheduling & planning of the project (primavera).
2. Review design drawings and develop relevant BOQ & specifications for them.
3. Study, define quantities & request quotations.
4. Negotiation with contractors and suppliers.
5. Making sure that each stage of the project is progressing on time and on budget.
6. Identifies the technical specifications of a corporate contract and ensures that contract terms conform with work requirements.
7. Prepare tender documents.
8. Evaluate received offers, technically & financially
9. Monitor construction progress & issue periodic reports.
10. Coordination between different project activities.
11. Regular site visits to check on progress, ensuring that the project is running on time and to budget
Qualifications required:
1- Civil Bachelor's degree .
2-Proficiency: Ability to perform work accurately under Pressure and speed.
3-Years of Experience: from 5 to 8 years.
