Description 1. Responsible for the Technical Quality of Qanawats Digital Catalog: — Define technical standards of Quality for the ingestion of digital contents from a wide range of Contents Suppliers and type of digital contents (Audio, video, sms, mms, wallpapers, images, banners etc) — Execute quality assurance for all digital contents received. — For important Content providers or artist, work with them to create the best sound possible 2. Responsible for the Technical Quality of all contents delivered: — Analyze customers technical specifications (width range of customers with different kinds of services: RBT, RT, FT, BGM, video, SMS, MMS, WAP) — Study, define and configure the SW to be used to match customers needs. — Execute tests with the customer. — Generate hand-over documentation and train Operational Technicians — Format contents to be delivered according to customer specifications. — Execute technical quality of each delivery. — Troubleshoot formatting issues: generate reports to anticipate problems and analyze the reason of the problem in case of issues. 3. Technical support to Business: — Provide support to Business in all the aspects related to technical specifications of digital contents. — Technical support to Product specialist to modify contents before the delivery.
Qualifications Audio engineer background Experience formatting digital contents (+3 years) Deep knowledge in audio/video/image formatting tools Experience in companies similar to Qanawat

Experience 3 - 5 Years.
Salary (L.E.) 2600 - 4500
