Bio-medical Sales Engineer
Job Description
Main Responsibilities
Work with direct clients to sell the products.
Establishes develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned market segment to generate new business for the organization services.
Researches sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential.
Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Cover all customers throughout the geographical area in which s/he operates.
Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person.
Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships.
Follow up on sales activity.
Participate in sales events.
Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development.

Patient, helpful and confident.
Motivated and able to work without direct supervision.
Enthusiastic and persuasive.
Able to work well under pressure.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to sell to large and small clients.
Have to cope with working under pressure in order to meet sales targets.
Using computer-based technologies to manipulate, create, store and retrieve information to express ideas and communicate with others (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint & Internet).
Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving; ability to determine solutions for customers (consultative sales approach).
Must be results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment.
