Description — Participate in the development of the BD strategy — Maintain and regularly update all business development databases and operational tools — Develop and update all business development reports and presentations — Participate in the implementation of all business development initiatives — Communicate and establish relationships with various partners and consultants — Conduct technical/field and desk research for the relevant proposals — Participate in meetings with potential clients — Respond to all business development inquiries and opportunities — Compile the required data for technical and financial proposals — Contribute to the development of technical and financial proposals
Qualifications • University degree in Business Administration/Economics/International Development • 1-2 years of experience in projects coordination and management in international and private sector organizations • Experience in dealing with international organizations (such as USAID, ECD, the World Bank etc..) • Able to develop professional documents and presentations • Able to develop and present an idea/topic/argument to a group of people • Able to work well within a team • Able to follow a methodology in implementation • Able to develop and maintain relationships with different stakeholders • Able to thoroughly research topics and issues
