Greet customers and describe the special offers
Resolve customer's complaints and problems.
Direct customers complaints to the different departments.
Handling customer's inquiries
Education: Bachelor’s degree
Language : fluent English is a must
Experience: 1-2 Years of working experience
Age: Not more than 30 years old
Gender: Any
Compensation: Basic salary + private medical insurance + social insurance + Accommodation
Qualifications:
Ability to build excellent relations
Excellent communication skills and listening skills
Ability to learn new tasks quickly
