Qualifications 1.excellent communication and listening skills. 2.a polite, confident and friendly manner . 3.to be confident using computers. 4.a positive attitude. 5.to be flexible and quick thinking. 6.perseverance, and to be able to respect customers answers. 7.good knowledge about all the companys products and services . 8.to be well-organized and thorough, even under pressure. 9.to enjoy working within a target-driven team environment. 10.To understand and comply with the legislation relating to direct marketing.
