Description 1-Technical : a- Revise the order confirmation and compare it with the order and the offer. b- Coordinate with the customer for layout drawings approvals. c- Meet customers for technical discussions d- Follow up the requested sample list if any. e- Coordinate with after sales office to complete the start up. f- Revise the SAT (Site Acceptance Test) and follow up if there is open subject until its finalization 2- Logistics: a- Follow up the down payment b- Follow up opening the L/C for final payment c- Follow up the FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) time and visa issuing d- Follow up shipment details. e- Coordinate with the customer regarding the supplier start up technicians accommodation and airport pick up.
