Description Create new designs for the products packs Produce the designs of the P.O.S. material Follow up with the production department to help in the technical parts Design all related materials for the companys fairs and events Meets with brand managers to discuss the business objectives and requirements of the job Interprets the business needs and developing a concept to suit the purpose Estimates time taken to complete work Develops design briefs by gathering information and data through research Thinks creatively to produce new ideas and concepts Determines size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, and select style and size of type Reviews final layouts and suggest improvements as needed Develops graphics and layouts for brand illustrations, company logos, and Internet websites if needed Presents finalized ideas and concepts to the Brand Manager, Marketing Manager and Commercial Director Works with range of media, including photography and computer-aided design (CAD) Proofreads to produce accurate and high-quality work Contributes ideas and design artwork to the overall brief Keeps abreast of developments in IT, particularly design programs such as, FreeHand, Illustrator, Photoshop, 3D Studio, Acrobat, Dream weaver and Flash
Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience
