Description #Attending to Social Insurance inspection, officials during their routine visits. #Working closely with Legal Consultant office for all legal matters pertaining staff and workers. #Statutory compliance/returns etc. #Preparing quarterly summary on statutory compliance and address issues proactively. #Submitting returns, reports, routine visits to Labor and Social Insurance offices etc. #Custodian of maintaining Legal register and reportage measures. #Creation of legal manual to comply statute requirements in full respects. #Participation in Govt. bodies (build network with govt/ regulatory bodies). #Plant visit at least 1 time per Coordination and vigor in Engagement Activities such as Team Bonding, Offsite programs. Handle Medical and Life Insurance.
Qualifications #Bachelor degree from a reputable university. #3-5 years of hands-on personnel and HR Operations experience.
