Description      Supervise the payroll process and monitoring the organizations salary structure. Maintains personnel files in compliance with applicable requirements( technicians& admin.) — Keeps employee records up-to-date. — Provides training for new and current employees — Responsible for insurance & Labor office. Maintains updated termination records for all terminated employees & ensures historical date at all time. Prepares and issues all reports needed by the Finance Department for the Payroll closing concerning the trainees. — Prepares the resignation and final settlement for the General Managers approval. — Prepares the HR Letters. — Prepares the end of service certificates. Following up employees contracts renewals, change status, social insurance, medical Insurance ...etc. — 
Qualifications    University degree in any discipline, HR certificate is a plus, 1-3 years of experience

Education major     Business Administration
Experience    1 - 2 Years.
Other Skills    Excellent communication skills, team player, active and dynamic, reporting skills, data
