Job Title: HR Specialist
Job Type: Full Time
Location: Maadi ,Cairo
Gender : Male
Qualifications: Bachelor degree in any discipline
**Preferably HR Certificate or HR Diploma
Experience: (1-2 Years) Experience in same field is a Must
Languages: Excellent Command of English is a Must
1-Administer all human resource activities for company and follow up policies, procedures, and documentation, Coordinate the resolution of ---specific policy-related and procedural problems and inquiries.
2-Responsible for following up HR policies & procedures and coordinate the resolution of specific policy-related and procedural problems and inquiries.
3-Review job description for update.
4-Develop and maintain relationship with employment agencies, universities and other recruitment sources.
5-Coordinate recruitment and selection process, post vacancy, review and screen CVs, interview applicants, evaluate applicant skills and make recommendations regarding applicant's qualifications.
6-Conduct employee orientation and benefit enrolment for new hire.
7-Maintains personnel files in compliance with applicable requirements.
8-Develop and maintain and up-to-date human resource data bases, computer software systems, and manual filing systems in timely fashion.
9-Answer daily questions and requests for personnel services in a timely, accurate and productive manner.
10-Experience in training programs, Training needs analysis
11-Provide support in all Organizational development interventions
12-Support in development, implementation and administration of performance management system

• Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills
• Presentable and well organized
• Proficient in the use of MS Office applications
• Hard Worker
• Work Under Pressure
