Job overview :
Managing and motivating a team to increase sales and ensure efficiency
Managing stock levels and making key decisions about stock control
analyzing sales figures and forecasting future sales volumes to maximize profits;
analyzing and interpreting trends to facilitate planning
Responding to customer complaints and comments
organizing special promotions, displays and events
updating colleagues on business performance, new initiatives and other pertinent issues
maintaining awareness of market trends in the K.A &mini market, understanding forthcoming customer initiatives and monitoring what local competitors are doing

Key objectives :
- Targets new customers and new sales opportunities,
implement an effective strategic K.A sales plan.
Monitor, analyze K.A sales and market trends.
Controlling the sales budget.
Achieve K.A Sales Targets

KPI :
-Finance: Sales target( Gross Profit / Net Profit) (40%)
Process: Direct & Indirect target (30%)
Developing: Branches & Sales Divisions Structure (10 %)
Customer: Customer Satisfaction ( 20%)

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
Key skills and experience
At least 12 years in FMCG.
Interpersonal skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Leadership orientation
StronExcellent in English
