Description Ensuring that the installation of new machine is completed in a timely manner. Taking samples to assure the color accuracy comparing with the color cards Assure that all tinting machines are using the same standard database Changing or Developing the data base on the tinting program Adding or Removing products on the tinting program whenever it is require Gathering data and information concerning tinted products: highest sales products as well as the color. Awareness about the companys polices concerning the deal with our customers Repair tinting equipment when required by the company. — Assure that the preventive maintenance as per manufacturers guidelines. — Respond and close customers service calls within the time limits identified by Scib — Analyze repeated/major faults and suggest the proper solution — Make sure tinted formulas and pricing information are updated with customers, by regular check visits for the tinting machines all over Egypt — Provide training on utilization of tinting machines for operators — Ensure compliance of maintenance agency to the service level required
Qualifications B.Sc. Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Good command of English language and MS applications.
