A well known manufacturing Co. requires the following position:
Maintenance Manager
Candidate will be mainly responsible for managing the maintenance of the production lines, heavy equipments, and utilities. He should have strong knowledge of mechanical maintenance , as well as good knowledge of the electrical maintenance. Potential Candidates are expected to achieve the following goals and objectives:
Achieve and raise equipment durability and reliability for all plant's machines including forklifts and instrument air system.
Liaise with managers and personnel throughout the organization to ensure that the maintenance system is functioning properly.
Implement a strong communications with local manufacturers of spare parts.
Stock control for all spare parts needed to be stored in material warehouse.
Choose all brand names of the spare parts needed to be in stock and follow up all purchase requisitions with material department.
Ensure compliance with company preventive maintenance programs and procedures.
To warrant all resources and associated utilities are working is a safe environment.
Develop the team members technically and personally.
Build a strong base of technicians and engineers.
To coordinate with the different plants for priority needs and coordinate with supporting activities
Requirements:
· B.Sc of Mechanical Engineering.(is a must)
· 10 - 15 years of Experience, 5 of which in a managerial position. (is a must)
· Excellent Communication Skills in both English and Arabic.
· Excellent Computer and Managerial Skills.
· Knowledge of enhancing team work spirit and evaluation methods.
· Solid Industrial Background (heavy industry).
Package
Monthly gross salary Max. EGP 14K + transportation allowance + Mobile allowance.
