Position #1: - Market Development Manager.
Report to: - Field Marketing Manager.
Over all roles: -
As a market development manager you are responsible for promoting All brands / products in all visited outlets by increasing the product knowledge level of the outlet staff and the visibility , you ensure the outlets staff have the confidence and knowledge / tools required to sell all products, which empowers them to increase the amount of products they sell.
Key tasks: -
1. Visibility.
2. Product knowledge.
3. Relationship building.
4. Marketing and promotion.
5. Research.
Qualification and key skills: -
1. Presentation skills (one to one and group).
2. Negotiation skills.
3. Business / commercial awareness.
4. Technical knowledge.
5. Relationship management / influencing skills.
6. Training and coaching skills.
7. Management skills.
8. Communication skills.
9. IT skills.
10. Leadership skills.
11. Minimum experience in similar position not less than 3 years.
Position # 2: - Merchandiser.
Report to: -Market Development Manager.
Overall roles: -
Merchandisers play a key role within a company as profitability can be affected by how successfully they under takes their work and to meet marketing / sales objectives and goals.
Qualification and key skills: -
1. Experience executing Plano grams, pos/pop displays in retail channel environments. Knowledge of a wide variety of structural materials and production processes of display and signage.
2. Interpersonal skills-works with a wide variety of internal/external people. Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
3. Creativity-strong graphics or print production knowledge-offers creative solutions.
4. Commercial awareness.
5. Communication/interpersonal skills.
6. Analytical/numerical & IT skills.
7. Decision making/organizational skills.
8. Able to cope with pressure.
9. Minimum experience in similar position not less than 3 years.
