A large real estate company is looking for marketing coordinator:
Job Description:
• communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships;
• sourcing advertising opportunities and placing adverts in the press - local, regional, national and specialist publications - or on the radio, depending on the organization and the campaign;
• Managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletter.
• liaising with designers and printers;
• arranging for the effective distribution of marketing materials;
• maintaining and updating customer databases
• Organizing and attending events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions.
• conducting market research such as customer questionnaires and focus groups.
• contributing, developing, marketing plans and strategies.
• monitoring competitor activity.
• supporting the marketing specialist and preparing reports.
Requirements:
• +2 years of experience in the Marketing field (preferred in real estate) .
• Experience in Market Research & Data Analysis.
• Very good command of English language
• Very good presentation & communication skills.
• Has strong knowledge of pc & internet
• Gender: Both
• Age; less than 25.
