Description Manage and handle daily correspondence, emails and letters reply emails promptly Manage the daily calendar for the marketing manager Responsible for all administration and secretarial work Keeping and maintaining files, and records Arrange and attend business meetings with customers for Plastic, Steel clients Organize and arrange the visits schedule and accommodations with all necessary procedures for guests from Japan and overseas offices Handle effective communication with clients in Egypt and overseas offices / business partners Collect related business News from various media Arrange communication with Egyptian customers handling; deals, offers and target price Make monthly report Solve problems and ensure customer satisfaction Good attention to details Coordination, follow up and time management skills General internal administration work to support the department Filling all daily documents and correspondences on timely manner Keeping track of all shipments and associated details Writing minutes of meetings, and reporting to overseas offices Make daily/monthly/annual report to all business activities to manger/general manager in timely manner
Qualifications B.A in Marketing, or/and business Minimum 3 years marketing-sales administrative experience Analytical and problem solving skills Communication skills (Arabic, English, and other Language) Performing in an accurate manner Ensure effective filling and organizing skills, time management skills Negotiation skills Technical reports writing skills Conduct Market research, and Experience: Technical background of Steel and Plastic material is preferable Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Ability to manage multi tasks and deliver on time with professionalism Team player, Eagerness to Learn; new business fields, technical issues, and capability for on job training. Self motivated and proactive personality Strong understanding of new business lines and conducting market research for new products Knowledge of Trading Finance, payment terms, shipping and logistic issues
