Job Description:
“Mystery shopping” is a form of market research where people are trained to observe, experience and evaluate the customer service process of an organization.
Qualifications :
V.good Command of English ( spoken & written )
Undergrad or University degree
Very good knowledge of MS office & Internet
MUST be a member in one of these clubs ( Al Ahly Club - Shooting Club in Kattamya or Dokki or October - Heliopolis Club in Roxy or Shrouk or Al Rehab , Al Jazira Club - Maadi Club )
Another location is MSA University so students or staff working at the university are also welcome to apply
