Job SUMMARY:

OSR achieves maximum sales profitability within an assigned territory and/or market segment by effectively selling Native Egyptians’ services.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
===========================
Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Promotes/sells Native Egyptians' services to our existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.
• Demonstrates services to existing/potential customers and assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs.
• Makes telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.
• Analyzes the territory/market’s potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customers to the organization.
• Identifies advantages and compares organization’s products/services.
• Participates in trade shows.
• Must meet or exceed sales quotas set by the company.

QUALIFICATIONS/Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly motivated and positive thinking
• Must be sales-oriented, outgoing and resourceful
• Negotiation skills and Self-Confidence
• Presentation Skills and Client Relationship management
• Time management and Effective Planning.
• Excellent English & Arabic skills - both written and oral.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor degree.
• It is preferable to have at least 1- year experience.
